At CoolCrabs you have the ability to know with great precision when you will receive the products you have ordered. On the page of each product you see the delivery time based on the following possibilities.

If your order is over 40 Euros, shipping is free.

For orders less than 40 Euros, the charge within Greece depends on the charge of the respective transport companies and will be clearly indicated during the process of your order and before the final payment of your order.

Collection from the CoolCrabs Pick Up store

If you choose to receive your product from the point of receipt defined on the site, you have the opportunity to visit it to receive it "immediately".

In order to receive your order from our store, it must be confirmed that it is ready for collection, after you place your order online or by phone. Your order will be available for collection for 5 working days in our store. After 5 days it will be canceled and in case you have prepaid it your money will be refunded. If you still want your order, you will have to re-order it in case of availability.

The schedule of our store for receipts of your orders is Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 (excluding holidays).

Immediate receipt / Delivery 1 to 4 days

If you choose not to go to the store but to receive the product at the address you have specified during your order, then you will have it within 1-4 days.

Delivery in 5 to 10 days

The wording "Delivery in 5-10 days" refers to products that are not immediately available in the store, but in any case, if you place an order, they will be delivered to you within this period. In case you want to receive your order from the store, the same applies in the case of "Delivery in 1-4 days".

Delivery up to 30 days

For products with the wording "Delivery up to 30 days", you normally place your order and are informed by the store about the delivery time of the product. Please keep in mind that the delivery time cannot exceed the maximum limit set by e-commerce and distance selling legislation.

Possible Exceptions

Delivery time, such as from "1-4 days" or "5-10 days", depends mainly on the availability of products. However, the distance between the store and the place of delivery of the product may also play a role in accurate delivery.

For example, for remote or inaccessible areas, there may be minor failures in delivery indications, as there are several other factors that determine it, such as weather, mode of transport, product size and special delivery conditions independent of the will, fault and responsibility of our company.
